I’m Fran Adsett, and became the owner of Frannie’s Restaurant and Bakery in the spring of 2016, and we opened our doors in October 2016.
I’ve been in the culinary business all of my life, have managed more than one restaurant, and satisfied many customers over my career.
For many years, it’s been my dream to own my own restaurant, and to have the experience of serving savouring dishes from local ingredients, and to see the satisfaction and smiles my customers give in return. I absolutely love what I do, and with the help of my husband Roman and two girls, Brooke and Alexis, I feel we’ve put together a pleasurable restaurant experience with a warm atmosphere and food that will leave a lasting impression.
